1943 dated Inland barrel with import mark on the bottom, a Throat Erosion of 2 & a Muzzle Erosion of 1+. Bore is bright & shiny with strong rifling. High wood-oval cut stock has scuffs, dings & scratches from handling & a “J” mark in the sling well as well as red painted Amharic characters. Two rivet shallow groove upper handguard is also scuffed, dinged & scratched from handling. “Standard Products” marked recoil plate. Flat bolt, push button safety, flip rear sight marked “S” & Type A barrel band marked “U” with slightly bent sling swivel. Original finish is worn on barrel, receiver & operating slide but the gun is otherwise in good operating condition. Comes with one USGI surplus magazine.
